Stage 2 Overview
Development works for our final stage of construction has ramped up and works are progressing rapidly. Whilst there's not a lot to see from the street, don't be fooled!
It's a hive of activity behind the fences. We are fitting out our basement services and lift shafts have been constructed. The building is rapidly rising out of the ground, particularly the Bay View Terrace side of the site with the suspended slabs for Level 2 retail poured last month.
