Key Terms and Conditions of Use

These Key Terms and Conditions are to be adhered to by all parties including Claremont Quarter Shopping Centre, its retailers and customers.

1. Treat this gift card like cash. Defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed.
2. This gift card is not redeemable for cash and cannot be used for payment of credit or retailer accounts.
3. This gift card is redeemable for merchandise or services at participating Claremont Quarter retail stores only. For a list of participating stores visit www.claremontquarter.com.au.
4. This gift card expires 12 months from the date of issue.
5. This gift card will be void and may not be redeemed after the expiry date.
6. This gift card cannot be reloaded. The balances of several gift cards may not be consolidated onto a new gift card.
7. This gift card is partially redeemable. Cash will not be given for any unused balance. Unused balance on expiry of this gift card will not be refunded or credited.
8. Where the purchase exceeds the available gift card balance, you will be required to pay the difference by another payment method.
9. You are liable for all transactions on your gift card except to the extent to which there has been fraud or negligence by us or by any of our employees.
10. Any complaints about goods or services purchased with a gift card must be resolved directly with the store concerned.
11. Gift cards can be credited with any amount between $5 and $500.
12. This card cannot be redeemed at any time when the store’s EFTPOS or XPOS system is offline for any reason.
13. To check your available gift card balance or if you have any reason to believe that an error has occurred in relation to a Claremont Quarter Gift Card please call 1300 55 33 80.
14. Purchase or use of this gift card constitutes your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of Use.
15. We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions of Use at any time. Changes to Terms and Conditions of Use will be available at www.claremontquarter.com.au.
16. We reserve the right to cancel any gift card or the gift card scheme for any reason at any time without notice. In these circumstances, we may either provide a refund or a replacement gift card of equivalent value unless we reasonably suspect fraud in relation to a gift card.
17. These Terms and Conditions of Use are governed by the laws of WA.
