Maggie T is a fashionable iconic Australian designer brand of plus size womens clothing. Specifically designed for women ranging from size 12 to 24.
The inspired affiliation, 25 years ago of two of the most respected names in the industry, led to the birth of the label. At the time research indicated that over 60% of Australian women wore a size 14 and yet the fashion industry was not catering accordingly. As a direct result the brand quickly captured a solid niche in the market as a designer brand for larger women, sizes 12-24.
The first Maggie T store was established in Armadale, Victoria in 1980 and has since expanded to 27 stores throughout Australia.
Maggie T today has redefined the brand values it has had since it’s conception some 25 years ago. The brand evolved to further establish its position in the market place and design colections that will always provide the season’s essential items, timeless classics and fashion trends.
